Upon first meeting Mark, I was instantly impressed by his enthusiasm! He wants your party to be the best ever, and he’ll do what it takes to keep things organized and running smoothly. The party was for my daughter, with 60 kids ready to dance the night away.

I saw them at my friend’s outdoor barn themed wedding and they did a fantastic job! They played a good mix of party music and country that fit the theme and kept people dancing all night. They also took requests for songs as well so it was a more personalized to the audience. I don’t think I’ve ever danced so much at a wedding and I think it’s safe to say that everyone had a good time thanks to them. I would highly recommend this DJ!!

DJ Heywood and his guy DeShaun did an AMAZING job with our super unique farm wedding. They absolutely nailed it with our playlist and guests were so happy about hearing their song requests being played. Mark and DeShaun were the entertainers at my friend’s country themed barn wedding last night and they were phenomenal! We held my husband’s surprise 40th in our backyard. We were disappointed we couldn’t host our original party due to COVID but I hired DJ Heywood based off of recommendations from our Bridgewater Mom’s Facebook Group. I was not disappointed. Dj Heywood is absolutely one of the Best Dj’s in the state of New Jersey. I was looking for a Dj for my daughters sweet sixteen and came across him while browsing the internet. I called him and booked a meeting to go over his different package deals. His pricing is very reasonable compared to other Dj’s i talked to concerning our event. The most important thing that i loved was Mr. Heywood was a true professional. He made sure everything ran smooth at my daughters event. He had a scheduled itinerary for the night which helped the venue coordinate the evening with him. He had every detail : lighting , song list, and candle music worked out to perfection. Mr. Heywood is also flexible during the event . So if you forgot someone or something like we did. He is swift on his feet to improvise. If you are looking for a DJ who is honest, passionate and takes pride in his work as well as his clients . You cant go wrong hire Dj Heywood !!!!

Where can I start? Their service was the icing on the cake for my daughter’s Quinceanera, a month later we are still amazed at what an amazing celebration it turned out, and DJ Heywood played a huge role in that. Very professional, and punctual with the planning stages and communication, and his experience and input guided us much in the best direction to execute pacing and ceremony decisions. It was invaluable to say the least. But it was party day that we were most impressed.
Mark and staff did a transformation of the room in their setup and lighting, and even had a nice surprise treat with a projector projecting my daughter’s name Center of the dance floor. Now I’ve been to some weddings, let me tell you nearly all 125 guests were on the dance floor …all night…he kept the adults and kids dancing to the end, just the right flow of music and he knew how to work and engage the crowd. I recommend anyone. regardless of casual to elegant occasion, to give DJ Heywood their business. Mark isThe Best!

Let’s face it – a DJ can make or break a party. (You only get one chance to do a sweet 16 party right.) Thankfully, we listened to all the people who told us how good DJ Mark was and boy were they on the money. He was a pleasure to deal with before the party in being responsive when it came to questions and planning the music list. And then during the party, he was present without being overpowering. (We’ve all been to those parties where the DJ is a little bit too much of a personality.) Mark let Maggie be the star of the show. We would definitely use him again. Thanks Mark!

Our wedding turned out to be truly amazing! For a day wedding DJ Heywood was able to get the crowd excited and pumped. I want to give a special thanks to Marc who was always responsive and kept us on track. As a board member of a large central New Jersey youth sports program, I have been working with DJ Heywood for roughly 5 years. Between our youth sports program and school events, DJ Heywood has been our entertainment guru multiple times per year throughout the entire 5 year span. I would never consider hiring anyone else. and we will continue to use him for many years to come. Mark is very professional and more importantly, he listens. He wants to deliver to you the best experience specific to your event. Trust me, he will deliver. Mark recently did our daughter’s sweet sixteen. From the beginning, he was very easy to work with and great woth communication. He made sure that he had all of the music my daughter needed for her candle ceremony, even though a couple of her songs were obscure. He made sure the kids had a blast and even helped us set up beforehand. Mark was a great choice!

AWESOME TIME! That is what DJ Mark provided to all of my daughter’s guests at her sweet 16! He had them dancing from the very beginning of the party. I received many compliments from party goers about how much fun they had. Mark was such a great help to me both during and before the party. He is very quick to respond and offered me honest feedback when I asked questions about party planning. He also provided a rough agenda prior to the party night. During the party he MC’d flawlessly and guided me through the order and timing of activities too. I can’t recommend DJ Mark enough! He’s the real deal!

Mark was the DJ for our wedding this past May. When my husband and I first met with Mark we had an instant connection. We were able to speak freely to him, as if we had known him for years. Mark was also willing to change our bride/ groom entrance song last minute, and when I mean last minute I made the change two days before the day of the wedding. He said not to worry he would get the song, if he didn’t already have it. Mark was also the MC for the evening, and he did not disappoint. He worked closely with us to ensure that nothing got missed. Even when the dinner was taking longer than expected to serve, he proceeded to open the dance floor up, so we didn’t just have our guest sitting at the tables. Our families and friends aren’t dancers, but somehow Mark had almost everyone on the dance floor. I would highly recommend Mark as he was extremely easy to work with and his dedication to making the biggest day of our lives memorable was evident.
